There’s no strict method. Let your intuition lead.

One suggested daily practice:

Lilith invites you to meet what you’ve buried, feared, or rejected. Here’s a simple shadow ritual that you can do with shadow work that you can find in the guidebook.

1. Take paper and pen. Pull a card and read the shadow work section in your guidebook related to the card.

2. Write what came to your mind. Let it flow, raw and honest.

3. Read it aloud to yourself.

4. If it feels right, burn the paper (safely). Fire is sacred. Fire transforms. If you cannot burn the paper, rip the paper apart and imagine flames burning the pieces of paper.

Despite all your inner strength, there remains a trace of deep insecurity, as if something could go wrong at any moment. The Black Candle card speaks of an ancestral fear of being unprotected and not trusting the flow of life.
